Owning a business is one of the most exciting things we can do.  And, it can provide a great step toward financial freedom. 

Prior to becoming a business coach, I spent 20 years leading and growing small business units for large corporations.  This provided me with a wealth of experience.  I had to solve many of the same challenges you face.  I saw many strategies work—and others that did not.  I learned how to grow profits, build cash flow, and build and lead teams.  I achieved profit and cash flow goals and I can help you achieve yours.  I share the critical, first-hand insight you need into how your business can improve and I provide actionable systems and tools you can implement right away to make those improvements a reality.   

I have been a business coach since 2010.  My passion is working with entrepreneurs who want their businesses to thrive.  I use the ActionCOACH systems to guide clients through the challenges that all growing businesses experience to make this experience as positive, painless, beneficial, and empowering for you as possible. 

As a small business owner myself, I understand the need to ensure the day-to-day success and expansion of the business, as well as the need to make the amount of money necessary to run a business and provide for a quality personal life.  I know what it’s like to put in long hours and strive for a bright future.
