Owning a business is one of the most exciting things we can do.  And, it can provide a great step toward financial freedom. 

While I never met a person who started a business with the intention of failing—some parts of the process are easier than others. Businesses do not just grow and develop on their own. We must build our teams to make this happen by making every day purposeful and effective. 

Prior to becoming a business coach, I spent 20 years leading and growing small business units for large corporations.  This provided me with a wealth of experience.  I had to solve many of the same challenges you face.  I saw many strategies work—and others that did not.  I learned how to grow profits, build cash flow, and build and lead teams.  I achieved profit and cash flow goals and I can help you achieve yours.  I share the critical, first-hand insight you need into how your business can improve and I provide actionable systems and tools you can implement right away to make those improvements a reality.   

I have been a business coach since 2010.  Dedicated to giving back, I also served on the Board of Directors for the Devotion to Children charity.  My passion is working with entrepreneurs who want their businesses to thrive.  I use the ActionCOACH systems to guide clients through the challenges that all growing businesses experience.  I make this experience as positive, painless, beneficial, and empowering for you as possible. 

As a small business owner myself, I understand the need to ensure the day-to-day success and expansion of the business, as well as the need to make the amount of money necessary to run a business and provide for a quality personal life.  I know what it’s like to put in long hours and strive for a bright future.
