I have shared posts in the past to encourage business owners to pay attention to their financial reports. But there are also people who track immense amounts of data about their business.
This is good – to a point.
Sometimes they find they have too much data, and don’t know how to interpret and use it effectively. Which is equally a problem with not having enough data at all.
Business owners who want to scale their business beyond just a wage need to have and use data to make good business decisions. Or better put – make good investment decisions. Because that is what they are doing – making investments into their business.

A. “Buying Customers” by Bradley Sugars
B. “The Ultimate Blueprint for an Insanely Successful Business” by Keith Cunningham
C. “Scaling Up” by Verne Harnish
